Nine homes. Two weeks. Done. That's the kind of large-scale demolition work we thrive on, and this project is a good example of what it looks like when a crew shows up with the right equipment and a clear plan.

Each unit had to be broken down, debris managed, and the site left clean and ready for whatever comes next. Doing that once is straightforward. Doing it nine times - back to back - takes real coordination. Every site needs its own approach, its own debris staging, and its own cleanup pass before you move on.

We ran our CASE excavator through each structure and paired it with dumpsters on-site to keep material contained and the work moving. No dragging debris across the property. No loose mess left behind. Just methodical demo from structure to cleared ground, one unit at a time.

Site preparation is just as important as the demolition itself. Once a structure is down, the site still has to be in a condition that the next phase can actually work with. That means no leftover foundation rubble scattered around, no buried debris piles - just clean, workable ground.

Projects like this don't leave room for slowdowns. Nine units in two weeks means you need a team that communicates, equipment that performs, and a process that doesn't stall between sites. That's exactly how we approached it.
