This one was a big scope of work. We were tasked with clearing roughly 100,000 square feet of trees, pushing back an established fence row, and hauling all the wood chips off-site so the development team could keep moving forward without any delays.

A job this size requires the right equipment working in sync. Our CASE CX210D excavator handled the heavy lifting - grabbing and loading processed wood chips directly into our semi while crews worked the fence row perimeter. Everything had to move efficiently. When you're dealing with that much material, a slow hauling operation will bottleneck the whole job.

Site preparation at this scale isn't just about knocking trees down. It's about managing the debris, keeping the site clean, and making sure the next crew can get in and do their work. That's what we focus on. Getting the land from overgrown and unusable to ready-to-build is exactly what we do.

We take a lot of pride in being part of projects like this. New developments mean new housing, new businesses, and new infrastructure for the communities we live and work in. That means something to us.

Whether it's a smaller residential lot or a large-scale clearing job like this one, the approach is the same - bring the right equipment, work clean, and leave the site better than we found it.
