Full Property Demo and Site Prep - House, Barn, and Years of Overgrowth Gone

Some properties don't need a renovation - they need a clean slate. This one had it all working against it. An old house, a deteriorating barn, heavy tree cover, thick underbrush, abandoned farm equipment, and even old vehicles swallowed up by years of overgrowth. The kind of mess that stops most people from knowing where to even start.

We started with the structures. The house and barn came down first, with our CASE excavator doing the heavy lifting on demolition. Once the buildings were down, we moved into hauling. Debris, old farm equipment, junk vehicles - all of it gone. Nothing left behind that didn't belong there.

From there, it was full site preparation. We cleared the trees and underbrush that had completely taken over the property, then graded the entire site to get the ground level and workable. The difference between what we started with and what we handed back to the owner is hard to overstate. What was once a tangled, unusable mess is now open, graded ground ready for whatever comes next - whether that's a new build, a clean field, or just reclaimed family land.

The final step was seeding and straw blanket installation across the cleared areas. That part matters more than people realize. A freshly graded site is exposed soil, and without something holding it in place, rain does real damage fast. The straw blankets lock the seed in and protect the ground while the grass establishes - keeping the site stable and preventing erosion from undoing all that work.
